No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it (CE6.0, eBox2300sx, CU-5 device)

    Hello all,

I cannot BluetoothClient.Connect() from Windows CE Embedded on eBox2300sx platform to very strange bluetooth device CE-5. Subj error occurs everytime.

CU-5 is RS232-Bluetooth bridge. Its page with photo - http://www.altonika.ru/detail.php?id=281 (text in russian, but I may translate if needed).

    SdpBrowserPPC says while discover it:

    * CU-5
    Address: 00A0961C1A8D
Remembered: False, Authenticated: False, Connected: False
    LastSeen: 01/01/0001 00:00:00, LastUsed: 01/01/0001 00:00:00
    CoD: (0x000000)
    Device: Miscellaneous (0x00) / Miscellaneous (0x0000)
    Service: None (0x00)
    Rssi: -9 (0xFFFFFFF7)

And the following SdpBrowserPPC says while ask it over L2CAP:
Failed to read ServiceRecord with: 10108 (0x277C) 'Unknown error (0x277c).'

Meanwhile WinXP and Vista listing "Serial Profile" and "Dial-Up Networking Profile" when explore CU-5. They sets up virtual COM port on CU-5 without any questions. But CE6.0 not...

I've tried both MSFT and Widcomm stacks. No differents between them.

    Any suggestions?

    Artem

    You're calling cli.Connect(addr, BluetoothService.SerialPort)?

What happens if you do a SDP query for one class, e.g. SerialPort in SdpBrowser?  Its possible that the device doesn't have a full SDP implementation so can't respond to general queries -- but only to the service(s) it supports (e.g. SPP).

Yes, I calling cli.Connect(addr, BluetoothService.SerialPort), you are right

CU-5 says following then I select "Menu \ SDP \ Selected Selected Service class" with "Serial port 000..." in ServiceComboBox:
Failed to read ServiceRecord with: 10022 (0x2726) 'An invalid argument was supplied'
