I'm developing web application using VB.Net and I need to know which method I can get the Client's Bluetooth Device Mac Address.

You want to find out the Bluetooth radio address of a PC attached to your website?  Hopefully there's no way to learn the general hardware details of remote machines, that would be a big security hole.  I'm note sure even that a silverlight app running on the page had permissions to get those details.
